About the Position We are seeking a grinding operator for our client Siemens Energy in Trollhättan, for a long-term assignment with good opportunities for transition to permanent employment. Job Description: You will primarily work with manual grinding of high-alloy steel in a modern workshop environment with both air-powered and electric machinery. Work tasks also include grinding and other workshop-related work. The role as a grinder is varied and includes processing both small and large components. About You: We are looking for someone with workshop experience. We prefer candidates who have previously held a role involving metal processing combined with grinding and polishing. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working from technical drawings and can interpret them independently. Requirements: - Experience with workshop work. - Knowledge of blueprint reading. - Truck and overhead crane certification are advantageous. - Driver's license category B and access to a car. - Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Work Hours: Both day shift and 2-shift schedules occur. Start Date: Immediately, or by agreement. Assignment Length: Long-term assignment with good opportunities for transition to the client.
