We are now seeking a personal assistant for our client in Gullabo – a woman in her 30s with significant physical care needs. Your work will enable her to live an independent and meaningful life. The position will be filled once we have found the right person, which may occur before the final application deadline. Your application will be reviewed by staff at Storsjöbydens Personlig Assistans, together with the client, and any family members, legal guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a background check extract is required. Employment Terms If you advance in the recruitment process, you will need to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and timesheets, you must have a BankID. To ensure we maintain high quality in our assistance services, new employees will complete a web-based introductory training (approximately 1 hour), preferably before employment begins but no later than one month from the start date.
