If you're flexible, there may be a chance to extend your working hours as needed. 💛 About the Role You'll work closely with a wonderful young woman and help her with daily life – both at home and during activities outside. The role involves being a support in everything from daily routines to encouraging development, participation, and joy. Your task is to enable participation, independence, and meaningful experiences. Work tasks may include: Providing support with daily routines Contributing to a clear and safe structure during the day Participating in activities and social settings Supporting communication and interaction Being a present support based on the client's individual needs No two days are exactly alike, but what's common to all shifts is that you make a difference through your commitment and presence. 🤝 Who Are We Looking For? Knowledge of TAKK or other communication methods is a merit, but we also view positively someone who is curious and wants to develop new skills. Recruitment Process We contact relevant candidates on an ongoing basis for an initial interview. The position will be filled once we've found the right person, which may happen before the final application deadline. Your application will be reviewed by staff at Storsjöbygdens Personlig Assistans, together with the client, as well as any family members, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, an extract from the criminal records register is required. Child Perspective in Recruitment At Storsjöbygdens Personlig Assistans, we carefully follow the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are considered. When employed in a position working with a minor client, training on the child perspective is also included. Employment Terms If you advance in the recruitment process, you'll need to verify your identity and prove you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and timesheets, you'll need a BankID. To ensure we maintain high quality in our assistance, new employees will complete a web-based introductory training (approximately 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than one month from the start.
