In primary care rehabilitation, all rehabilitation resources in public primary care are brought together. Here, physiotherapists, psychosocial resources, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and rehabilitation coordinators work together. Together, we are responsible for rehabilitation and treatment of physical and mental health issues at the region's public health centers. We are now looking for a physiotherapist to join our team at Primary Care Rehabilitation Northwest. You will be met with a very pleasant work climate where trust is high, and where you have the opportunity to influence both your own work and the operations together with your colleagues. Your main placement will be at Hälsans hus in Åseda, and in your work you will manage patient flows from both Åseda and Lenhovda. At Hälsans hus, you will work together with a physiotherapist, rehabilitation assistant, and occupational therapist. JOB DUTIES You will meet patients with great diversity – from different cultures, different ages, and life situations. You will work with a wide variety of diagnoses, and as a physiotherapist you are often the first point of contact for patients with musculoskeletal complaints. In addition to individual assessments and treatments, there is the opportunity to lead groups and conduct patient education. You are also an important part of the health center's rehabilitation team and active in patients' sick leave processes. QUALIFICATIONS To be a candidate for this position, you must be a licensed physiotherapist. If you have experience working in primary care, we consider that a merit, but we also welcome you if you are at the beginning of your professional career. You have good planning skills and demonstrate both initiative and responsibility.
