Job Responsibilities
Standard reception duties including reservations, room assignment, check-in and check-out, and sales. Serving food and beverages and assisting with breakfast service are part of the role. We are also seeking staff who can work extra weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU:
can express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
have good computer skills, master Microsoft Office, and have knowledge of one or more booking systems; we use MEWS
are service-oriented, stress-resilient, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile
can work independently
have several years of experience from hotel reception
Terms of Employment
The position is an 80% permanent role. The schedule includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Salary according to collective agreement with HRF.
We apply a 6-month probationary period.
