About the Role As a floor layer at Sandå, you'll work on a wide variety of projects and floor types. Your tasks may include: Installation of parquet, vinyl, and laminate flooring Installation of linoleum, textile carpets, and plastic mats Tile and stone setting work Floor sanding and renovation Subfloor preparation and self-leveling compound application Service work for private customers Larger construction projects for companies and public institutions Working hours are Monday–Friday, 06:45–16:00. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Sandå is primarily looking for you if you're a trained floor layer or have experience in the trade. You have a good understanding of the craft, can work independently, and deliver high-quality work. This position is primarily aimed at those with training or experience in floor laying. If you've worked in another skilled trade such as carpentry or painting, you may also be a suitable candidate. We believe you'll succeed in this role if you: Have training and/or experience in floor laying, or alternatively other relevant craft background Are self-driven and take responsibility Have an eye for quality and precision Enjoy working both independently and with colleagues Have fluent Swedish in speech and writing Have a B driver's license About the Recruitment Process This recruitment is conducted by StudentConsulting.
