What do you think about greeting your customers by saying: "Hi! Great to see you again," "Who gets to decide on the ice cream purchase today?" and with a straightforward tone point out "now it's time to decide which ice cream you're in the mood for"..? We're looking for an "experience salesperson" for the Hemglass ice cream truck. Yes, you need to be able to drive a car, load ice cream and keep to schedules, but most importantly it's about making 4-year-old Kajsa, 82-year-old Erik and everyone in between light up with joy when the Hemglass truck arrives. We usually call it spreading happiness. We're looking for someone who is quick, genuinely loves people, isn't afraid of rain on a Tuesday evening, and understands that it's a problem to put gasoline in a diesel tank. It's also important that you enjoy working independently since you'll essentially be learning to run your own shop on wheels. With us you'll work afternoons, evenings and weekends. And yes, a Class B driver's license is a requirement. We want to create an experience for our customers, especially for small children, but also for parents and elderly people. An important part of the job is being able to both make yourself understood and to understand others. Good Swedish is therefore our second requirement. 17 years in the service industry or studying at the municipality's cultural school does NOT matter—the most important thing is that you love your customers, service and sales. What's central for us is that you are cheerful, friendly and engaged. With us you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to take initiative, take responsibility and show social competence.
