Now we want your help to continue this development! The Role: Standard duties in a fast-paced, high-quality à la carte restaurant. We also serve well-prepared lunches. Biljardpalatset is a restaurant and entertainment venue with high ambitions where that "little extra" is expected from you. You should be interested in food and beverages, energetic, and genuinely interested in people. Your role will be to lead and structure the work during service, support and motivate the staff, and help develop our restaurant further. About You: We are looking for someone who wants to work in a developing environment with high standards. We are a strong team where cohesion is our strength! As a head waiter, it's important that you are a joy-bringer with great charisma while maintaining good structure in your work. You need to plan your own work as well as help other staff with theirs. You should: - Have at least 5 years of experience in the industry - Be excellent at interacting with people and be attentive - Be quick-thinking and efficient - Be able to structure your own and your team's work and prioritize correctly in stressful situations - Always plan several steps ahead to ensure smooth operations - Have good knowledge of food, wine, and beer Work Schedule: Work is scheduled for evenings and weekends mixed with some lunch shifts and occasional early evenings. We are a team of 3 head waiters who rotate the schedule, so you won't work every weekend. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
