Your responsibilities will include support with meals and personal hygiene, communication using sign language, and planning fun and developmental activities. You always work together with a colleague, and together you create a positive and safe environment for both the customer and each other. Our customer lives an active life with lots of movement, play, and outdoor activities. He enjoys long walks, nature play, and action-packed days. During summer, beach swimming and time in the home pool are high on his favorite list. The work therefore involves considerable time outdoors in all weather, from sunny summer days to rainy autumn walks, which gives you fresh air and daily exercise as a natural part of the job. The work is based out of the customer's home just outside Norrköping. The area offers proximity to nature and excellent opportunities for outdoor activities, while also providing good connections from Norrköping. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who is playful, patient, flexible, and confident in yourself. You need to thrive in an active daily life and have good physical fitness since the work involves lots of movement and time outdoors. The customer has plenty of energy and can sometimes be quick and impulsive, which makes it important that you are attentive, present, and always nearby. Our customer is the sunshine and the main person on our team, which is why it's important that you have a genuine interest in helping and supporting him to give him the best conditions for a meaningful everyday life, through both good and challenging times. He is a person with lots of energy and a big heart, but like all people, he has moments of defiance and challenges, which is why it's important that you feel calm and confident in yourself. Pedagogical knowledge and experience in care and support are advantageous, as are experience with sign language and low-arousal approaches. If you lack experience, we'll provide training and support along the way—what matters most is your personality, attitude, and ability to build a good relationship with our customer. WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT LEVEL Working hours are distributed across both daytime and evening shifts, plus every other weekend. The position is 80% with the possibility of extra shifts. WAGES At Vivida, as an assistant you receive a fixed hourly base wage + vacation compensation and on-call compensation. Collective agreement applies. START DATE By arrangement.
