Foundry Operator

Valmet is the leading global developer and supplier of technology, automation, and service for the pulp, paper, and energy industries. We are now seeking an operator for our site in Hagfors. Your work tasks will consist of manufacturing grinding segments for our customers in the pulp and paper industry. You will become part of a team and join a shift group that works closely with other departments in production. The position involves significant personal responsibility for your work and ensuring that all work tasks are performed carefully and correctly. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is hardworking and enjoys physical work at a fast pace. As a person, you are solution-focused, self-directed, and responsible. You care about maintaining high quality and safety standards in your work and enjoy working independently. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a pleasant work environment. We see that you have good knowledge of Swedish/English in speech and writing. In addition, you have a B-class driver's license, forklift certification, and preferably knowledge of LEAN. It is advantageous if you are experienced in using business systems, as a large part of the work will be performed in our upcoming business system LN. When needed, you should also be flexible toward other groups in production.
