About the Position Work Location: Gnosjö Work Hours: Irregular hours and shifts may occur Employment Type: Fixed-term employment (full-time) Start Date: Immediate In your role as a caster or processing assembler at IAC, you will work in a modern production environment with the manufacturing and finishing of aluminum components. Work tasks vary depending on the department but include, among other things, monitoring casting processes or processing machines, minor adjustments, material handling, and quality inspection of components. You are responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality through careful inspections, measurements, and documentation of any deviations. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues where you contribute to safe and efficient production and actively participate in improvement work to develop processes and working methods. About You We are looking for someone who is meticulous, takes responsibility, and enjoys practical work within industry. You have a technical interest and work methodically with high safety awareness, while being accustomed to following given procedures and instructions in production. You are a person who takes responsibility for your work, has an eye for quality, and understands the importance of delivering it right from the start. Since the work takes place in a team, we see that you have good collaboration skills, while you can work independently and take your own initiative when needed. Experience from industry, casting, processing, or similar work is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop. You are engaged, contribute to a positive work environment, and want to be part of creating a safe, stable, and efficient production.
