Then this might be for you. We are now recruiting candidates for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client Husqvarna AB. About the Position As a foundry worker, you will work with various tasks in the foundry process, including casting, melting, cleaning, grinding, and performing quality control checks. The work also involves operating advanced machinery and monitoring the melting process. Together with your shift team, you are responsible for the daily operations in the foundry, ensuring that production maintains high quality and is conducted safely. This is a full-time assignment where you work as a consultant with placement in Huskvarna. The assignment begins with a six-month trial employment and can thereafter transition to a permanent position for the right candidate. During the introduction and training period, you typically work day shift or two-shift rotation. Over time, you need to be prepared to work other shift arrangements, including permanent night shifts. About You We are looking for someone with previous experience as a foundry worker or who has worked in heavy industry, or alternatively, someone with relevant education in the field. Since the work is conducted in teams, strong collaboration skills are essential, as well as fluent Swedish in both speech and reading comprehension. As a person, you are curious, stress-tolerant, thorough, and technically interested. You have a strong safety mindset and a desire to continuously develop and learn more about the company's processes. For this position, it is important that you have: A strong safety mindset and good collaboration skills. Experience with process monitoring and control systems. Previous experience as a foundry worker or in heavy industry, or alternatively, relevant education. Forklifts and overhead crane certifications are advantageous, but not required.
