MARTINA HOLÍKOVÁ, e-mail: [email protected] **Main Responsibilities for this Position:** * Development of spatial and non-spatial tools in ArcGIS (or similar platforms) to improve data quality and support business activities in the areas of leasing and land scouting. * Management of our online client platform, implementation of new data structures and improvements for commercial teams, ideally using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Offline Maps, and Survey123. * Integration and automation of geospatial data into client presentations and proposals. * Collaboration with the Land Transactions team in searching for and securing greenfield and brownfield land plots for industrial development throughout the Czech Republic. * Automation of processes related to land scouting and data collection where possible. **Required Qualifications and Skills:** * Higher education in spatial sciences, technical or natural sciences fields. * Minimum 2 years of professional GIS experience in the construction, engineering, or environmental sectors, or recent graduate from a GIS/geoinformatics study program. * Excellent data presentation skills through map outputs, reports, and web maps; experience with Esri products, particularly ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, is advantageous. * Practical experience and good knowledge of the latest GIS and/or digital engineering processes and tools. * Interest in or experience with emerging technologies in augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR), Big Data, and artificial intelligence. * Excellent written and verbal communication in Serbian, Czech, and English. * Proactive approach, positive mindset, and ability to efficiently solve problems that will contribute to iO's company culture and the success of the industrial real estate team. **Employee Benefits:** Meal vouchers allowance, multisport card contribution, extra week of vacation, life insuranceMARTINA HOLÍKOVÁ, e-mail: [email protected] **Main Responsibilities for this Position:** * Development of spatial and non-spatial tools in ArcGIS (or similar platforms) to improve data quality and support business activities in the areas of leasing and land scouting. * Management of our online client platform, implementation of new data structures and improvements for commercial teams, ideally using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Offline Maps, and Survey123. * Integration and automation of geospatial data into client presentations and proposals. * Collaboration with the Land…
