We're growing – and now we're looking for two dedicated paving workers who want to contribute to sustainable infrastructure for the future. 🔨 Job Responsibilities As a paving worker with us, you'll have a varied day working on both smaller service jobs and larger projects. Your responsibilities include: Paving work – machine and hand application Compaction Adhesive application Adjustment Other paving-related work tasks Simple excavation and construction work You'll be part of a team where collaboration, quality, and job satisfaction are central. 👤 Your Profile We're looking for someone who: Has experience with asphalt and construction work Enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions Is flexible and solution-oriented Takes responsibility and steps up when needed Is organized and keeps the workplace, vehicles, and storage in good condition Is a team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude We place great emphasis on personal fit – we want you to thrive and grow with us! Requirements Experience in asphalt, excavation, and construction Class B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish ⭐ Advantageous Vocational certification APV Hot work certification Class C driver's license 🏢 About the Company Asfalt i Småland was founded in 2013 and operates within a radius of approximately 20 miles around Jönköping. We handle everything from fixing small potholes to laying large industrial surfaces – no project is too big or too small.
