Geodesy Engineer in the Geodetic Data Control Division of the Geodesy Department
(permanent position)
Key job responsibilities:
verify compliance of prepared geodetic documentation with regulatory documents;
verify the accuracy of geodetic measurements and calculations;
update information in the State Geodetic Network database;
coordinate and prepare tasks for the maintenance of geodetic points, verification of provided information, data compilation, and field work supervision;
coordinate and verify the completeness of information on the state geodetic network in the State Geodetic Network database;
coordinate and organize the preparation of data and information on the state geodetic network upon request;
coordinate and perform work to ensure compliance with geodetic point protection zones.
Requirements for candidates:
higher education in geodesy, geomatics, land surveying, or related field;
knowledge of specialized geodetic data processing software (TopoNet, Trimble Business Center);
knowledge and proficiency in using standard geodetic instruments (total station, level, global positioning receiver);
compliance with requirements of section 9 of the "On State Secrets" Law.
