We are now looking for more dedicated team members for our Guest Service team at our headquarters in Karlstad. About the Role As a Guest Service representative, you are an important part of our guests' experience. You help them plan, book, and get the most out of their stay with us. Your main responsibilities are to: • Help and guide guests via phone, email, chat, and social media. • Sell and book accommodations, lift passes, activities, and other products. • Answer questions before, during, and after the guest's stay. • Handle changes, cancellations, and other guest matters. • Collaborate with our facilities to find solutions and provide the best possible service. • Work in our booking system R360 and other administrative systems. The phone is our most important work tool, so it's important that you enjoy talking with people, listening to their needs, and providing a safe and engaged approach. The position includes day, evening, and weekend work according to schedule. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and gets energized by creating positive guest experiences. You are service-oriented, engaged, and good at understanding our guests' needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks at once without losing focus or quality in your work.
