Your Role
As Warranty Manager within Build Housing West, you'll have a key role in our operations. You're responsible for aftermarket work related to our residential projects – from occupancy and throughout the entire warranty period.
You'll lead an engaged team consisting of 6 foremen and 1 warranty coordinator, and create the right conditions to work structurally, efficiently, and with the customer in focus. You have overall responsibility for quality, working methods, and development within aftermarket operations, and you're an important link between production, customers, and facility management.

Here's what you'll do:
Lead, develop, and coach your organization toward set goals
Ensure professional and efficient handling of warranty cases
Drive improvement work focused on quality, response times, and customer satisfaction
Analyze recurring defects and translate lessons learned into improvements in production
Responsible for planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
Follow up on KPIs such as completed cases, response times, and improvement suggestions
Build strong relationships with customers, housing associations, and partners
Collaborate with project and production teams to strengthen the overall quality of our deliveries

Continuously developing working methods, processes, and systems with a focus on quality and efficiency
Who Are You?
You're a confident and present leader who is motivated by developing both people and operations. You understand the building process in its entirety and are driven to create structure, quality, and long-term improvements.
We believe you have:
Building technical education, preferably a civil engineering degree or equivalent
Documented experience from the construction industry and a solid understanding of the entire building process
Confident leadership that creates engagement and clarity with experience as a leader
Strong building technical competence and deep knowledge of contract law
Experience working with improvement initiatives and development of working methods
