Chief Methodology Specialist

No. 90001790030) invites applications for CHIEF PROJECT METHODOLOGY SPECIALIST (for the duration of the project) The Social Integration State Agency (SIVA) implements a European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) project "Support for the Development of the Palliative Care System." To ensure successful planning, coordination, and implementation of professional development and performance enhancement activities (training modules) in the field of palliative care, we invite you to join the SIVA team as the chief project methodology specialist. Key Responsibilities: plan and organize the development of training modules, ensuring their compliance with the project objectives, requirements, developed guidelines, results, quality, and established deadlines; attract specialists for the implementation of training modules and provide training to the Agency's specialists on the application of developed training modules; plan and provide training to support providers in accordance with developed training modules; prepare and present interim results of training module implementation, implemented activities, and represent the Agency in communication with other institutions and media on issues related to training module implementation. Requirements: higher academic pedagogical education or first-cycle higher professional education; work experience in the field of education and development of internal regulatory acts; knowledge of educational methodology and educational program development, organization of the learning process; understanding of the principles of state administration and provision of support to persons with functional disabilities; Latvian language proficiency at the level specified in the Official Language Law (C1 level); desired proficiency in foreign languages (English, German); outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and strong proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Excel) and office equipment.
