Main job responsibilities: Conduct inventory work of the museum's object collections in accordance with current regulatory requirements of the museum sector and the procedure established by the Museums Law and Regulations on National Museum Collections; Ensure the safety and preservation of collection items, organize or participate in museum conservation work – moving, dusting, and cleaning of collection items; Provide access to collections for museum staff and other interested parties; Promote Latvia's material and intangible cultural heritage, consult museum visitors about museum collections; Participate in the preparation of exhibitions and displays, research collections. Requirements for candidates: Second-level professional higher or academic higher education in the humanities (education in history is desirable). Good digital skills with office software and electronic information systems. State language proficiency at the highest level in accordance with State Language Law requirements. Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team. Ability to work independently, efficiently plan work time. High precision and sense of responsibility.
