Application is being announced for a vacant Head Nurse position at Īrlavas Red Cross Hospital. Responsibilities: oversee and organize the care work process; ensure and control the procurement, inventory, storage, use, and expiration date compliance of medicines, hygiene products, medical and care materials in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations; organize and ensure compliance with hygiene and anti-epidemic regime requirements, as well as epidemiological safety measures; ensure necessary documentation preparation, maintenance, and supervision; organize the improvement of the patient care process; supervise the work of subordinate personnel; prepare and coordinate work schedules.
