Do you want meaningful and varied work where you can use your physiotherapy expertise to strengthen mental well-being through the body? With us, you'll become an important part of an experienced and dedicated professional group that together develops psychiatric physiotherapy in Örebro County. We offer a workplace where you work independently with great responsibility, while having access to collegial support, shared learning, and an experienced and engaged professional group with extensive experience in psychiatric physiotherapy. Here you contribute to a service that makes a real difference for patients throughout the county. The physiotherapy unit is part of the Unit for Care Collaboration Psychiatry. Patients come to the clinic by referral or self-booking via 1177 from operations within the Psychiatry Area. The catchment area covers all of Örebro County. The work team will consist of six physiotherapists. You'll become part of a competent and warm work group where we support each other, share experiences, and develop our approaches together. Responsibilities As a physiotherapist with us, you work to help people with psychiatric challenges increase their understanding of the body and the connection between body and mental well-being. Through movement, body awareness, and individualized interventions, you contribute to increased well-being, strengthened confidence in one's own body, and better strategies for managing stress, worry, anxiety, and depression. The work is varied and consists of both individual treatments and group interventions. We work with basic body awareness and physical training, among other things. The role also includes work at various psychiatric clinics throughout the county, providing opportunities for collaboration, development, and broad clinical experience. This is a position for you who wants to combine independent work with team spirit, and who wants to help further develop an important county-wide service within psychiatry. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist. Experience working in psychiatry is valued highly and considered a merit. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, work flexibly, and meet people with different needs. You have good collaboration skills, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and contribute to a positive and developmental work environment. Education in basic body awareness, mindfulness, meditative yoga, or other body-based therapy, as well as experience leading groups, are merits. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Application Your application should include a CV and personal letter. Certificates, grades, diplomas, etc. should be provided at a possible interview.
