Description:

Are you a physical therapist/physiotherapist interested in working at a health center with a great atmosphere and a culture characterized by humor, laughter, and warmth? We have an open position and need you! Kopparbergs Health Center is a small workplace, located approximately four miles from Lindesberg Hospital. This makes our patient work both broad and varied. Our mission is to help people when they need healthcare, but also to prevent illness. For us, both aspects are equally important. We who carry out this mission are a committed team of approximately 20 people, where everyone fills an important role. Here we help each other, within and between all professional groups. There is an opportunity for everyone to influence the workplace in a positive direction, and we work to support personal professional development. Sounds exciting, doesn't it! Job Responsibilities As a member of our team, you will help the local residents achieve good health, both in care and prevention. You will have patient contact at the health center in the form of functional assessments, treatments, planning, coordination of interventions, and leading group activities. The tasks include both scheduled consultations and management of acute conditions at the primary care level. You support other professions at the health center with your expertise, and actively participate in development work in the operation. Work with digital solutions is carried out based on patient needs. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed physical therapist or physiotherapist. Since the position involves meetings with both patients and colleagues, we consider it self-evident that you have a talent for creating good interactions. Similarly, you work well in a team with other professional groups at the health center and partner organizations. As a person, you are independent, take your own initiatives, adapt easily, and have the drive and willingness to contribute to the health center's continuous development and change. Application Start Date: By agreement. The application should include a CV, cover letter, and grades from completed healthcare courses as well as any evidence from Socialstyrelsen regarding the protected professional title. Other certificates, grades, diplomas, etc. should be submitted at a potential interview. If you are or have previously been employed by Region Örebro län, we will take internal references from your current or previous manager, should you become a candidate for employment. Criminal record checks from the Police Authority may be conducted in accordance with current legislation. As an employee of Region Örebro län, you are covered by secure collective agreements.
