About the position As a physical therapist/physiotherapist with us, you will primarily work within our inpatient care at Norrtälje Hospital, where you will be active in one or more of the care units for geriatrics, internal medicine, surgery, and orthopedics. In the unit, you will work with the rehabilitation of hospitalized patients with various diagnoses. Some weekend work may occur. Your work tasks include, among other things: Assessment and treatment of functional and activity abilities based on diagnosis and injury. Identifying resources and problems to set individual rehabilitation goals. Assessment of assistive device needs and standard assistive device prescriptions. In some cases, home visits together with patients from inpatient care in order to review the home environment, practice transfers in the patient's own home, and other activities that enable a safe transition from the hospital. Have a Class B driver's license Have good Swedish in both speech and writing.
