The work team consists mainly of occupational therapists and physiotherapists, but we also have three administrative staff members. Common conditions that you as a physiotherapist will encounter include: complaints and injuries throughout the musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is developed. The work takes place at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at our own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in ongoing improvement work. About You You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated professionals. Supervisor training and/or further education in relevant areas for the position are also merits. We seek someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work efficiently and in an organized manner based on the organization's goals. As workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. A professional approach and good treatment of customers, patients, and colleagues is self-evident for you.
