Your employment is based at Bra Liv Vråen Health Center in Värnamo, where you have your primary affiliation. Part of the position (40%) involves work at Bra Liv Rydaholm Health Center. Travel between units occurs within working hours.
At Bra Liv Vråen Health Center, you'll become part of an established and competent physiotherapy team with good access to mentoring and collegial support. You work in close collaboration with our five other physiotherapists and other professionals at the health center.
There are good opportunities for experience sharing, development, and joint business development.
At Bra Liv Rydaholm Health Center, you work independently in your profession and have an important role in the operation. You collaborate closely with other professionals and actively contribute to a team-based approach around the patient.
The role of physiotherapist
As a physiotherapist with us, you'll have independent and stimulating work. You make assessments and treat patients of all ages with varying needs. You will be the health center's first point of contact for musculoskeletal concerns, where you work both independently and in close collaboration with our other physiotherapists and other professionals at the health center.
We value utilizing your expertise, and you will participate in various improvement initiatives.
The position is a permanent full-time employment starting by agreement.

Bra Liv Vråen Health Center works toward patient-oriented, stable, and efficient primary care services. The health center has approximately 12,400 registered residents and is part of Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv. We have a shared organization and close collaboration with Rydaholm Health Center. Värnamo is a beautiful and peaceful city where the Lagan river flows gently past. The city offers most amenities you could wish for in a small town, such as restaurants, shops, culture, and sports facilities. Approximately 22,500 people live in the city center and approximately 34,600 in the municipality. It's easy to get around with good options for cycling, driving, and public transportation.
Your profile
You are a licensed physiotherapist and you want to develop your own expertise and the entire operation together with us. You are flexible and see opportunities in working in two different facilities. It's important that you can work independently and with different professions, and that you can independently structure, plan, and take responsibility for your work. You have good collaborative skills and contribute to a positive work environment.
Experience from primary care is an asset, but we also welcome you if you're new to the profession and want to develop together with us. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
