Welcome to Us The Health and Care Services function (HS) consists of 13 interprofessional teams and a home care team with approximately 460 employees. We offer specialized expertise in psychiatry, palliative care, home rehabilitation, dementia, and functional support. Together, we work to create safe, secure, and person-centered care for our residents. We are currently seeking physiotherapists for the following HS teams: Team 3 Responsible for health and care services in regular and special housing in the Huskvarna area. The work group operates from the team office on Engelbrektsgatan in Huskvarna. Team 4 Responsible for health and care services in regular and special housing in central and eastern Jönköping. The work group operates from the team office at Asecs shopping center. Team 6 Responsible for health and care services in all special residences and daily activities for people with psychiatric and intellectual disabilities in Jönköping Municipality. As a physiotherapist, you work person-centered with a focus on participation, rehabilitation, and a salutogenic approach. You plan and prioritize your work independently while being an important part of an interprofessional team where collaboration, knowledge exchange, and development are central. Your role includes, among other things: Assess, treat, and follow up on rehabilitation measures Prescribe and try out assistive devices Guide and advise nursing staff, relatives, and sometimes students Collaborate with other actors around the patient, including primary and inpatient care You work closely with occupational therapists, nurses, nursing assistants, benefits officers, and other professionals to create the best possible conditions for patients. Your Expertise We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and confident in planning and structuring your work. You have a solution-oriented approach, enjoy collaborating with others, and want to contribute to both patients' well-being and the continued development of the operation. In addition, you need to meet the following qualifications: Licensed physiotherapist B-class driver's license and experience driving a car Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills and comfortable navigating various digital systems Physical mobility as work takes place in home environments where unforeseen situations arise and must be solved in a manner adapted to the situation Experience from care and welfare work, for example as a physiotherapist or nursing assistant, is a merit.
