About the Role As an ergonomist/physiotherapist with us, you'll become an important part of our occupational health team. You'll work both preventatively and therapeutically with a focus on health, work environment, and sustainable working life. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting ergonomic assessments and workplace analyses Providing advice on work postures, workload, and assistive devices Supporting employees with strain-related issues Working with rehabilitation and preventive measures Conducting training and lectures on ergonomics and health Collaborating with managers, occupational health nurses, and other professionals on workplace environment matters We're Looking for You You are a licensed physiotherapist/physical therapist You have experience with or interest in ergonomics and occupational health You have ergonomics training (a merit) You are comfortable meeting with people and good at building trust You are self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented You have strong communication skills You have a B-category driver's license Why Choose HVC With us, you'll be part of a workplace where care, professionalism, and collaboration are at the center.
