Home Health Care Rehabilitation works with patients who cannot travel to a care facility or who need their home environment as part of their rehabilitation. We are a dedicated team of 8 physiotherapists and 17 occupational therapists working closely together, serving all of Norrköping from our office in central Norrköping. Together, we create a strong team spirit and good collaboration, both internally and externally with multiple partners. We work closely with patients to strengthen their ability to manage everyday activities and create conditions for a functioning and meaningful life in their own environment, based on the patient's circumstances and goals. With us, you travel to patients by car, bicycle, or e-bike – a flexible and varied way of working that brings energy to your daily routine. Your tasks As a physiotherapist with us, you get independent and meaningful work where you assess and plan individualized rehabilitation interventions. You work both preventatively and to strengthen and maintain the individual's functional and activity capacity. The role also includes prescribing assistive devices and contributing to home adaptations. You also become an important part of our development by supervising students and contributing to the future of care. Together with colleagues and your manager, you participate in improvement work and help develop the operations. Who are you? We are looking for you as a licensed physiotherapist who enjoys working independently. You have experience in home health care or rehabilitation in ordinary housing. You have knowledge within neurology, orthopedics, and rehabilitative interventions for older and frail people. We see that you also have knowledge about assistive device prescription. As a person, you take responsibility for your work and drive it forward, while you also find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships. You are solution-oriented, see possibilities, and have the ability to plan your time efficiently and be flexible in your daily work. You need to master Swedish in both speech and writing, have a Class B driver's license for manual transmission, and be able to cycle. Welcome to submit your application!
