Öregrunds Health Center is a small clinic with approximately 20 employees. In addition to physiotherapists, we employ doctors, nurses, district nurses, elderly care coordinator, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, psychologist, social worker, and dietitian. The health center has a long history in the public sector but has been part of Praktikertjänst since 2010. We are known for being flexible and accommodating to our patients as well as our employees. Job Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a physiotherapist who is excited about joining our wonderful and skilled team and shaping the future of primary care together with us. We offer you an enjoyable and stimulating position that is varied and dynamic. Your main responsibilities will involve patient care at the clinic. You will assess and treat patients seeking physiotherapy for all types of musculoskeletal issues, conduct group activities with exercise groups, and participate in development and quality improvement initiatives at the health center. Supervision of students may be part of your duties.
With us, you have the opportunity to develop professionally as we prioritize breadth of knowledge. You will be one of three physiotherapists on the team.
Qualifications
You are a licensed physiotherapist with experience and/or interest in primary care work. Previous experience with the Cosmic electronic health record system is desirable. Further training in medical yoga/basic body awareness, acupuncture, or pain management is an asset.
Personal Qualities
You are a dedicated, positive, and responsible person. A professional approach and excellent communication with both patients and colleagues are essential for you. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and find it easy to collaborate across professional boundaries.
You have strong ability to prioritize different tasks when workload varies and can adapt your approach when circumstances require it.
