Through teamwork, you and your colleagues work with the staff at our housing facilities. To allow you to focus on your work as a physiotherapist, you will receive support from our rehabilitation assistants with administration, prescribed training, and assistive devices. You will receive a thorough introduction, and if you are newly qualified, you will be offered a mentor. We are about 30 employees who enjoy our work and each other. We believe it is important to care for you as an employee by offering the opportunity to work remotely, either from home or while traveling to and from work, in addition to flexible working hours.

WORK DUTIES
As a physiotherapist, you work to strengthen people's independence in everyday life. You get to know those we are here to support and follow their development over time. Our employees are appreciated with many who request our support. In the role, you have close collaboration with occupational therapists, both in pairs and in smaller teams. You also collaborate with nurses, care staff, and other professionals. The work includes supervising students during their work-based education (VFU). You plan your own working day and have the opportunity to influence and develop our work. If you join us, we would like to see you want to contribute to the development of, for example, digitalization and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has a B driving license and is a trained physiotherapist with Swedish licensure, or you will be finished with your education during the current term. As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and solution-focused. It is an advantage if you have worked with this target group before, but it is not necessary. Through your ability to collaborate with others, we develop together the everyday life for the people we are here to support. You see possibilities and focus on what leads to good comprehensive solutions, both for the individual and for our operations.
