Job Responsibilities The work tasks are varied and consist of both teamwork and independent work. You perform functional assessments, mobilizations, and training on the care ward. A large part of the work is also outpatient clinic, primarily orthopedic patients, but also other patient groups. About the Workplace The Medical Clinic in Fagersta consists of a medical practice, rehabilitation, a care ward, and a mobile nursing team/AH-team. The Rehabilitation Unit has occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, a social worker, dietitian, speech-language pathologist, and nursing staff. It is a plus if you have experience and knowledge of the care planning process and from working on a care ward. Our work is governed by documents that are often in Swedish and you therefore need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is also a plus if you have worked with the Cosmic journal system. Since work and conditions can change, you need to be able to adapt to new circumstances and quickly change perspectives. You are calm and composed in stressful situations and can focus on the right things. Your ability to work with other people is good and you listen and communicate clearly.
