We are now seeking a new colleague for our team in Hagfors! Your workplace At the physiotherapy clinic in Hagfors, we provide primary care rehabilitation including patient education and training in our exercise facility. The Hagfors physiotherapy clinic is part of primary care rehabilitation north, which also includes physiotherapy clinics in Munkfors, Sunne, Torsby, and Likenäs, as well as occupational therapy clinics in Hagfors, Munkfors, and Sunne. Currently, we have approximately 10 physiotherapists and three occupational therapists in primary care rehabilitation north. In addition to physiotherapists and occupational therapists, we have a healthcare administrator employed in Hagfors who supports us with certain administrative tasks. We work to ensure the best for patients across the entire unit and are flexible and supportive at clinics where there is a need. Work at a clinic other than your assigned location may therefore occur. Travel takes place during working hours and with a leasing vehicle. Hagfors is located in Värmland and offers fantastic nature with proximity to both forest and water. Your responsibilities As a physiotherapist with us, you work to help our patients achieve or maintain the best possible functional ability, greater independence, and good health. You meet patients with varied needs for examination, advice, and treatment. We provide standard primary care where teamwork and collaboration with other stakeholders is an important part. In addition to patient work, you are also an important part of our continuous improvement efforts. You will be given the opportunity to influence your introduction and offered a mentor if you wish. Your knowledge and competencies We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience in primary care is meritorious and great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Since travel may occur in the course of work, you need to have a B driving license. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, while being flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. You have a good ability to create and maintain relationships, which contributes to good cooperation and a positive work environment.
