Physiotherapist in Primary Care

We are currently seeking a physiotherapist for primary care in Motala/Mjölby. Our Offer Rehab väst is part of Närsjukvården in western Östergötland within Region Östergötland. The operations offer rehabilitation in primary care and specialist care. Rehabilitation is conducted mainly at Lasarettet in Motala and in Mjölby but also at the health center in Ödeshög. Within Närsjukvården in western Östergötland there is close collaboration between units, which creates good conditions for development, participation and cooperation. Rehab väst is an academic unit with high ambitions in education, development and research. Here work approximately 85 employees with broad and deep knowledge in the form of administrators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists and social workers. Together we work with the patient's health in focus. We have close collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine at Linköping University, other rehabilitation organizations in the county and health centers in the western part of the county. Job Description Your main duties will consist of physiotherapeutic assessment, treatment and evaluation within primary care. The work requires both independence and the ability to collaborate with other professions, both within rehab väst and with external collaboration partners. Work at the physiotherapy clinic involves assessment, treatment and follow-up of patients in need of rehabilitation for illness, injury or lifestyle-related complaints. As an employee at rehab väst you are also expected to participate in team work, student supervision and operations development. Once here, you will be covered by rehab väst's introduction program. You can also expect structured collegial support in the form of a mentor as well as present leadership. Rehab väst is an operation to develop and stay in. Work Group Within primary care physiotherapy clinics in Motala and Mjölby, approximately 30 physiotherapists and specialist physiotherapists work in total. The unit offers good opportunities for professional development and clinical career paths. The unit's mission includes assessment and treatment of people with complaints from the musculoskeletal system, chronic pain, mental health issues, neurology and COPD/heart failure. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. It is an advantage if you have clinical experience within rehabilitation activities and particularly valuable is experience in primary care. It is a strength if you have previously supervised students or colleagues and have previously worked in the Cosmic journal system.
