The Social Services Department's task is to support people who, due to disability, financial or social issues, need various forms of support and assistance. As a physiotherapist with us, you work in a Health and Care team together with an occupational therapist, rehabilitation assistants, nurses, and nursing assistants. You conduct your own assessments and contribute to increased independence and quality of life for the patient. Job Responsibilities • Assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation in the patient's home • Development and follow-up of training and rehabilitation interventions • Prescription and follow-up of assistive devices • Guidance and instruction to care staff and relatives • Documentation in accordance with applicable regulations • Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams and participation in care planning You work daytime, Monday through Friday, which provides a good balance between work and leisure. Experience Previous experience in municipal health and care or home healthcare is an asset, but not required – personal suitability is most important. Good language skills in speech and writing are required. A driver's license is required. Qualifications We are looking for you who: - are a licensed physiotherapist/occupational therapist - enjoy working independently - have good collaboration skills and a solution-focused approach - meet patients and colleagues with commitment and respect - have good pedagogical skills and find it easy to build relationships with patients, relatives, colleagues, and care staff - are comfortable with computer-based documentation, preferably with experience in the Lifecare HSL documentation system We look forward to hearing from you!
