Odensbacken Health Center is a small health center where collaboration, trust, and job satisfaction are the foundation for providing patients with quality and personalized care. We are now seeking a physiotherapist. Odensbacken Health Center is a rural health center approximately 25 kilometers east of Örebro, with good transportation connections to Örebro and surrounding areas. About 20 employees work together here to provide quality and personalized care to our 5,800 registered patients. We are looking for a physiotherapist who wants to work in a dedicated team with good cohesion and the patient in focus. The health center is open from 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday, and we work straight weeks with schedules between 07:30-16:00 for full-time positions.
We can offer broad and varied work including both acute care and planned treatments, for children, adults, and elderly patients. Our mission is to help people receive care at the right level, but also to promote health and prevent illness through, among other things, self-care advice. You will become part of a team around the patient consisting of a physiotherapy colleague and other professionals at the health center. We have a good atmosphere and strong commitment to developing our operations with the patient in focus. Job Responsibilities
As an employee with us, you will help our patients achieve good health, both in a caring and preventive manner. You will have patient contact at the health center in the form of functional assessments, treatments, planning and coordination of interventions, and leading group activities. If you are interested in working with, for example, COPD, arthritis school, or other patient groups, there are great opportunities for this!
The responsibilities include both scheduled consultations and management of acute conditions at the primary care level. You assist with your expertise to other professionals at the health center and actively participate in development work in the operation. Work with digital solutions is carried out based on the patient's needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and have a valid driver's license (category B). We place great importance on personal suitability. You take responsibility, contribute to a good work climate, and have a proactive approach.
