About Kullen Kullen's retirement home is located at Ekerö centrum, where you can take a walk toward the canal or toward Ekebyhovs Castle Park. At Ekerö C there are several shops and cafés for a good break. The facility has a total of 82 apartments for people requiring permanent residential care. Kullen is a Silvia-certified residence. Silvia certification means that all permanent staff working with us have completed special dementia training based on the palliative care philosophy. Kullen SÄBO offers care for both somatic conditions and dementia. About the role As a physiotherapist, you will be part of a team together with an occupational therapist, nurses, and care staff. Together, your task is to improve quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. In your role as a physiotherapist, you will find together with the residents the best ways to use their own abilities in daily life. You support and motivate people to develop and maintain their mobility themselves. Often this involves you: assessing and treating residents' movement problems and functional limitations trying out and prescribing medical aids working preventively by educating other staff members about safe handling techniques to avoid strain injuries leading our very popular group exercise sessions being part of the BPSD team Welcome to our world!
