Physical Therapist for Consulting Assignment September-December

We are seeking a licensed physical therapist for a consulting position within municipal health and medical care. In this role, you will work independently with rehabilitative and habilitative interventions for patients in ordinary housing, special housing, short-term activities, and other municipal facilities. You are responsible for assessment, treatment, and follow-up, and work person-centered to strengthen patient participation, independence, and quality of life. Work tasks include, among others, physiotherapeutic assessments, rehabilitation plans, assistive device prescriptions, functional and fall risk assessments, as well as guidance and training of patients, relatives, and care personnel. You also participate in care planning, collaborate with other professionals, and contribute to the facility's quality and development work. Qualifications Licensed physical therapist At least two years of experience in health and medical care work Experience in municipal health and medical care is a merit Good ability to work independently and make your own clinical decisions Experience with assistive device prescriptions and rehabilitation Good computer skills; experience with Combine and Cosmic is a merit Good collaboration skills and experience working in multiprofessional teams Category B driver's license Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good references from previous employers or clients About the Assignment Scope: 100% Period: September 1–December 31, 2026 Work hours: Monday–Friday, daytime Two consultants are sought Application Send your CV and a brief presentation.
