We are looking for a licensed physical therapist for a consulting assignment within municipal health and medical care. In this role, you will work with patients in ordinary housing, special housing, and short-term care activities. You will be part of a health and medical care team together with occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and rehabilitation assistants. Your responsibilities include assessing functional ability, planning and implementing rehabilitative interventions, follow-up, and prescription of assistive devices. You also have an important role in guiding and training care personnel in a rehabilitative approach and work techniques, and you will collaborate closely with unit managers and other professionals. Qualifications Licensed physical therapist Experience in municipal health and medical care Experience in rehabilitation and assistive device prescription Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently Good computer skills and documentation ability Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written About the Assignment Scope: 80% Work time: Weekdays Start: By agreement Possibility of extension may exist Application Send your CV and a brief presentation.
