About the Service Regional Healthcare Psychiatry and Rehabilitation coordinates regional healthcare services for adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and rehabilitation in Region Västernorrland. Regional healthcare operations are conducted at three hospitals—Sundsvall, Sollefteå, and Örnsköldsvik—and at a number of clinics located in several towns throughout the region. The area has approximately 700 employees. Rehabilitation in Västernorrland is a region-wide operation with approximately 100 staff members based in Sollefteå, Sundsvall, and Örnsköldsvik. The target population for Rehabilitation includes individuals with permanent functional limitations, with the largest groups being autism, developmental disabilities, and cerebral palsy. We work in interdisciplinary child/youth/adult teams that represent medical, psychological, and social perspectives. The various professions represented in the teams include occupational therapists, social workers, speech therapists, physicians, medical secretaries, psychologists, physical therapists, and nurses. We are now seeking a physical therapist for rehabilitation services youth/adult in Sundsvall. This position is a full-time temporary placement with a start date by agreement, extending 12 months forward, with a possible option for extension. Duties In your role as a physical therapist with us, you will primarily work with youth and adults with mobility impairments.
