About the position In your role as a physiotherapist for Trauma, Acute Surgery and Orthopedics in Huddinge, you will be responsible for inpatient care work related to Karolinska Huddinge's Trauma and Acute Surgery department. You will be part of a team of approximately 20 employees, several of whom have advanced academic degrees. The surgical and orthopedic activities in Huddinge are extensive and include both planned and acute patient flows. As a physiotherapist, you play a key role in inpatient care, collaborating with various professional groups to ensure an efficient care flow and provide the physiotherapy each patient needs. Outpatient care related to the different patient flows is provided at the physiotherapy clinic, equipped with a large gym, pool, treatment rooms and exercise hall. Supervision of students is a natural part of the role. You are also expected to contribute to the development of the operation, for example through care programs and workflows based on evidence and patient needs. The position includes weekend duty every sixth Saturday. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date of October 1, 2026 or by agreement.
