About the Role We are now seeking an engaged and motivating Physiotherapist or Foot Specialist who wants to help build the Freefoot experience in our Malmö store. In this role, you will support the store in daily operations and take active responsibility for the store's operations and customer experience. You are a natural educator who thrives in a role where high levels of service, sales, and teamwork come together. We have a dedicated room in the store to receive customers where you become their coach on their journey toward active feet and well-being. Your Responsibilities • Support the store in daily operations and, when needed, independently lead the store • Receive customers with foot or movement challenges and coach their journey with exercises and activities to strengthen feet and body • Ensure an engaging, motivating, and supportive customer experience • Contribute to achieving sales goals through active sales and trend analysis • Train and motivate temporary staff • Ensure correct inventory levels and product mix in the store • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a constructive manner • Keep the store attractive, well-organized, and clean We are Looking for You • Are a newly qualified or experienced Physiotherapist or Foot Specialist • Preferably with specialization in foot and hip • Are service-oriented and customer-focused • Have the ability to engage and inspire colleagues • Are structured and comfortable juggling multiple tasks • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English – Danish is a plus • Have an interest in health, fashion, and shoes We Offer • A key role in a store with a clear concept and strong identity • Comprehensive introduction and product training • Opportunity to grow within Freefoot – we have stores in three cities • A workplace that values both customer and employee well-being Application We apply continuous recruitment – the position will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate.
