WORK TASKS One of our colleagues is going on parental leave, and we are now looking for a physiotherapist for municipal activities in supported and regular housing. We offer varied, meaningful, and independent work where you make a difference in people's everyday lives. You will be part of our rehabilitation team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation and assistive device assistants, and activity coordinators. It is a stably growing group with extensive experience, broad knowledge, and a good collaborative climate. The work involves assessments, training, testing of assistive devices, guidance and education for patients and staff, as well as other tasks common to the profession. There is an opportunity to influence daily work and long-term development of the rehabilitation unit, as well as to participate in quality and improvement work. We actively work to develop a health-promoting and preventive approach, where rehabilitation and early fall prevention measures are central. As a physiotherapist with us, you will have the opportunity to help shape work methods that strengthen individuals' quality of life over time. Documentation is done in LifeCare. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed physiotherapist. You work independently and make your own decisions but have a good ability to collaborate and pedagogically share knowledge and information. You are engaged, attentive, communicative, and have good interpersonal skills. Good ability to express yourself orally and in writing as well as good computer skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is required. Selection will be made after the application deadline has passed. Salary form: Monthly salary.
