About Us Tryggakliniken Kristianstad is a privately owned health center with a strong focus on providing our patients with personalized, professional, and accessible care. The health center opened in 2018 and is part of a group that includes primary care, occupational health services, and wellness programs. We are located in newly built facilities at C4 Shopping in Hammar and currently have approximately 20 employees who together have built a warm workplace with high expertise, short decision-making paths, and strong team spirit. We are now seeking a licensed physiotherapist who wants to be part of developing the primary care of the future - where personal interaction is combined with smart digital working methods. Your Role As a physiotherapist with us, you will have varied and independent work with assessment, treatment, and advice for patients of all ages, with both acute and chronic conditions. The work is conducted both individually and in groups, and you will work closely with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and other colleagues to create safe and efficient patient flows. An important part of the role is contributing to modern, digitally enhanced primary care. This may involve working in digital channels, using data support and standardized workflows, monitoring quality and accessibility, and helping develop working methods that make it easier for patients to get the right help at the right time. What We're Looking For · You are a licensed physiotherapist · You have the ability to work independently while also thriving in close teamwork · You have an interest in primary care, a holistic perspective, and evidence-based working methods · You are curious about digital health, structured workflows, and how technology can facilitate daily work · You want to contribute to quality improvement, accessibility, and good patient experience · You are communicative, confident, and service-oriented in interactions with patients and colleagues Experience from primary care is a merit but not a requirement. We place great importance on personal suitability. We are seeking both full-time and part-time physiotherapists.
