Then apply for this position with us at Härjedalen Municipality! The Rehabilitation Unit is part of the Social Services Department. At the rehabilitation unit, we work in close collaboration with other personnel in care and support services within the municipality's special housing, short-term housing, home health care, and home care services, as well as for people receiving support under the LSS Act. The Rehabilitation Unit covers all of Härjedalen as its workplace and operates from the locations Funäsdalen, Hede, and Sveg. Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period. Start date by agreement. Work location: Funäsdalen. Responsibilities - Work to provide good and safe care throughout all stages of life and identify and actively prevent health risks. - Perform physiotherapy assessments and follow-ups based on the individual's needs and conditions. - Maintain close team-based collaboration with occupational therapists, nurses, support coordinators, care staff, and families. - Documentation in the journal systems Viva and Cosmic. The work requires independence as you structure and plan your working days on your own. Working hours are daytime, weekdays. As a physiotherapist, your work is characterized by a salutogenic approach with the individual user in focus. We work from a person-centered perspective and are an important part of developing and transitioning toward good, accessible care where we increase focus on health promotion and preventive work. Qualifications Requirements: - Licensed physiotherapist or physical therapist. - B category driver's license. - Very good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. To work in care for elderly and adults with disabilities, an extract from the police record is required. Meritorious: - Previous experience from municipal operations. In addition to adequate education and experience, great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
