Hammarstrand Health Center has permanent staff including doctors, midwives, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, rehabilitation coordinator, occupational therapist, and physiotherapists. There are approximately 3,650 registered patients. In Hammarstrand, there is an ambulance station with a 24-hour staffed vehicle. Stugun Health Center also has permanent staffing with doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants. Other categories are staffed from Hammarstrand several days per week. There are approximately 1,250 registered patients. Additionally, there is a well-functioning district nurse clinic in Bispgården. The staff at Hammarstrand Health Center is active in primary care, and for at least three more years there are good financial opportunities to try new working methods and continue adapting to future demands and challenges. JOB DUTIES Working as a physiotherapist with us means you will assess and treat patients in primary care with various functional impairments/diagnostic groups and rehabilitation needs. Based on this, it is good if you enjoy variation in your work. The employer is Region Jämtland Härjedalen, but the employment will be distributed between Region Jämtland Härjedalen and Ragunda Municipality. The work includes both home visits, work at special residential facilities, and clinical work at the health center. All ages and types of conditions may occur. You will be part of a close care team that includes physiotherapists and occupational therapists from both the health center and the municipality. The physiotherapist also staffs Stugun Health Center 1-2 days per week. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed physiotherapist. Experience from primary care is meriting.
