About the Position As a facilities cleaner at Fysiken, you will be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of our three training facilities in Gothenburg. You will work according to a rotating schedule and rotate between facilities based on operational needs. Full-time (100%) Permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months Start: October 1st Work is primarily conducted on weekdays, but early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends and public holidays may occur. Overtimepay according to collective agreement. Job Responsibilities You will, among other things: clean toilets, showers, changing rooms, and saunas clean gym areas, floors, and training equipment empty waste bins and manage waste wipe down machines and other high-touch surfaces ensure that our facilities are clean, welcoming, and representative report faults, deficiencies, and maintenance needs perform simple practical tasks as needed The position also includes recurring periodic cleaning efforts, such as deep cleaning and major maintenance cleaning. What We're Looking For you have experience in professional facilities management you work meticulously and have an eye for detail you are responsible, reliable, and quality-conscious you enjoy physical work where you are active most of the workday you can work efficiently without compromising on quality you can communicate in Swedish or English It is an asset if you have experience cleaning in gyms, changing rooms, or similar environments. A driver's license is also an asset, but not a requirement. What We Offer At Fysiken, you will have the opportunity to help shape a new facilities management organization in a company where your contribution is important. We offer: permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months full-time (100%) salary according to collective agreement.
