Facilities Coordinator (Full-time) Do you want to be part of building and developing our new internal facilities management organization? Fysiken is now seeking a Facilities Coordinator who wants to be involved from the start and contribute to creating structure, quality, and sustainability in our new setup. This is a role for you who enjoy practical work in everyday operations, but also like to take on extra responsibility for planning, training, and quality assurance. About the Position As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work primarily in an operational capacity with facilities management across our three facilities in Gothenburg. The majority of the work consists of daily cleaning and maintenance. In addition to this, you will have a smaller coordination responsibility in the team (approximately 2–3 hours per week). In that part of the role, you contribute to creating structure, quality, and continuity in the daily work. You will, among other things: support basic scheduling together with the facilities and maintenance manager introduce new employees to routines and work methods carry out basic quality checks contribute with improvement suggestions regarding routines, frequency, and priorities maintain ongoing contact with reception and managers on-site The position is full-time (100%) with a rotating schedule. Work is primarily during weekdays, but early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends and public holidays may occur. Overtime is compensated according to the collective agreement. Job Responsibilities Beyond the coordination responsibility, standard facilities management tasks are included: cleaning of restrooms, showers, changing rooms, and sauna cleaning of gym areas and floors emptying waste wiping down equipment and contact surfaces reporting of faults, deficiencies, and maintenance needs minor practical tasks as needed We're Looking for You who has experience with professional facilities management work carefully, systematically, and with high quality have strong sense of responsibility and are reliable have an eye for detail and order enjoy taking on a bit of extra responsibility in daily work can work at a fast pace without compromising on quality can communicate in Swedish or English Experience from gyms, changing rooms, or similar environments is a merit. A B-category driving license is a merit but not required.
