Korpen Karlstad is a sports association founded in 1945 with a focus on recreation, movement and community rather than competitive performance. We create both traditional sports training and leagues for those who want to stay active because it's fun and to create opportunities that don't currently exist in sports. We're looking for a committed person who wants to help manage our floorball league on-site, played on alternate weeks at Karlstad Innebandyarena. Your responsibilities include setting up beach flags, welcoming teams, taking attendance, and ensuring equipment is on hand. You're welcome to play in one of the teams or serve as a reserve referee if needed. Do you share our passion for recreational sports and the joy of movement? We want to bring both friend groups and companies into the league, and we'd love for you to be part of our floorball section and help spread the word that we're starting soon! League play runs every other Sunday from November-March 2026. You'll enter results and update the scoring system in our platform, and do other fun things to make the league as enjoyable as possible for participating teams. This is a small, paid volunteer position with compensation according to the association's bylaws. Of course, we see that you're doing this because you're passionate about floorball, perhaps have played yourself before, and because you're committed to making sure everyone gets to play and have fun.
