We offer you: As a systems developer with us, you'll be part of a team building the future financial systems for real estate companies. Work takes place in Microsoft development environments and covers the entire chain from frontend to database. We use AI tools as a natural part of our daily work. We work with agile methods and a high degree of autonomy. The work is conducted in close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and QA specialists. Our products have a long lifecycle and good planning horizons, which allows time for personal competence development and creates conditions for you as an employee to use your energy wisely and maintain work-life balance. Who are you, then? We'd like to see that you have a few years of experience in systems development. It's desirable if you also have experience with the following technologies: C# / .NET Html Javascript SQL Server Azure DevOps Claude Code / Github Copilot As a person, you are quality-conscious and have strong analytical abilities. You enjoy problem-solving and getting things done, and you thrive working together with others. Other important qualities are that you are communicative and service-oriented, and you always work with the customer's best interests in focus when making choices and priorities.
