The work takes place in Microsoft development environments and encompasses the entire chain from frontend to database, and we use AI tools as a natural part of our daily work. We work with agile methodologies and a high degree of autonomy. The work is carried out in close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and QA specialists. Our products have a long lifecycle and good planning horizon, which allows time for both personal skill development and creates conditions for you as an employee to use your energy wisely and maintain balance in life. Who are you, then? We'd like to see that you have a few years of experience in systems development. It's desirable if you also have experience with the following technologies: C# / .NET Html Javascript SQL Server Azure DevOps Claude Code / Github Copilot As a person, you are quality-conscious and have strong analytical skills. You enjoy problem-solving and getting things done, and at the same time you thrive working with others. Other important qualities are that you are communicative and service-oriented, and always work with the customer's best interest in focus when making decisions and prioritizations.
